1 gold and 3 silver Medals at the 2022 Concours Mondial Bruxelles
Established in 1994, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles is one of the most authoritative wine competitions in the world and has a wide influence in the wine world. Every year, it brings together more than 6,000 high-end wines from more than 40 countries around the world. More than 300 authoritative wine experts make up a jury to select three awards: silver, gold and Grand Gold. Up until 2005, the event was held in Brussels, Belgium, but from 2006 onwards, the organizers have been going abroad, making it the only wine competition to tour different countries. In blind tastings, to ensure fairness, judges are told only the production year and nothing else about the wine. They will give an overall score based on colour, aroma and taste. The competition adopts a percentage system. In order to pursue worldwide recognition, each wine will be judged by no less than 6 judges from different countries. Due to the judges’ different cultures, lifestyles and so on, their opinions may be opposed. However, under such a diversified evaluation method, once the judges' opinions converge, the wine may be what the competition is looking for, possibly one worthy of a medal. The goal of this competition is to provide consumers with the assurance that wines of impeccable quality will be selected to provide a truly enjoyable drinking experience. .
