The two 2019 dry red wines selected by Chateau Jingle Yard recently won two bronze awards in the 2022 International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC).
The IWSC was founded in 1969 by oenologist Anton Massel. It is recognized by the wine industry as one of the world's most prestigious wine and spirit competitions. It is also the world's largest and most distinguished wine and food feast.
The awards are selected by industry experts in an extremely rigorous process, so winning the competition is considered the industry's equivalent of the Oscars. There are three main awards: Gold, Silver and Bronze. The process consists of two stages: "professional blind tasting" and "chemical and microbial technical analysis".
The aim of the competition is to promote and improve the production of wines, spirits and liqueurs worldwide to achieve the ideal of excellence.

This wine has delicate and complex red fruit aromas, with a mixture of oak, vanilla and mocha, dry and firm tannins, heavy and firm ripe berry characters at first, light oak in the middle, full of ripe fruit on the palate and a long round finish.
